If you are involved in local politics, or want to be this is the committee f0r you. We work with Local, State and National Efforts to help improve the Housing Industry.
We are looking for members that are interested in making a difference and volunteering to sit on local committees, organize to help communities adopt “Builder and Developer” friendly codes and practices.
We are looking to have our first meeting the beginning of January. Please contact us at administration@buildfoxvalley.com
The 2010 Remodelers Committee is now beginning to form, and we are looking for a volunteer Committee Chair.
The HBAGFV considers Remodelers to be equal to our Builder members, and therefore all Remodelers are Considered Important Builder Members. Meetings are currently held with our General Membership Meeting.

Teresa Bateman of Wiseman Hughes has shared this program that will feature Chris Davis, our director of governmental affairs speaking in regards to these new important codes.
Come to our General Membership meeting at Mc Nally’s in St. Charles from 5-9 PM, and learn how to use our new website, take advantage of our features, and use social networking to keep you out there.
Tickets are only $11 for both members and non-members, so bring some friends along.

The Remodeling Show is coming to Indianapolis later this month, and there are some great events you won’t want to miss!

NAHBR events at the Remodeling Show (Oct. 28-30)
Booth 2302 – Stop by and visit! Various NAHB departments will be on hand including the University of Housing, IBS, 20 Clubs, HBI, and of course NAHB Remodelers. We’ll have a game lounge set up with checkers, chess, and dominos to take a break from the exhibits and have some fun!
Local Council Workshop – This is a chance for local council staff, members and leadership to network, brainstorm and share. We’ll also be highlighting the latest update on EPA’s lead paint regulation. Refreshments and snacks will be provided!
