ARBITRATION RULES:

Arbitration is a benefit of membership in the Home Builders Association of Greater Fox Valley.

It is an opportunity for two or more parties to settle a dispute without the necessity and costs of going to court.

Arbitration is a non-biased process that will fairly determine an resolution to many different types of disputes.

A panel of non-biased Arbitrators will be presented to both the Plaintiff and the Defendant in each case. The number of Arbitrators is based on the amount of the claim, and the option to include additional Arbitrators is available as well.
