ADMINISTRATIVE FEE SCHEDULE

A filing fee of Three Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($300.00) will be paid at the time the case is initiated.

The balance of the administrative fee of the HBAGFV is based upon the amount of each claim and counterclaim as disclosed when the claim and counterclaim are filed, and is due and payable prior to the notice of appointment of the neutral arbitrator.

In those claims and counterclaims which are not for a monetary amount, an appropriate administrative fee will be determined by HBAGFV, payable prior to such notice of appointment.

Fee for Claim or Counterclaim

Minimum - $300.00
$300.00 plus 2% of excess over $10,000.00
$600.00 plus 1% of excess over $25,000.00 $1,350.00 plus 1/2% of excess over $100,000.00 $1,350.00 plus 1/4% of excess over $200,000.00

OTHER SERVICE CHARGES

$50.00 payable by a party causing an adjournment of any scheduled hearing;

$100.00 payable by a party causing a second or additional adjournment of any scheduled hearing;

$25.00 payable by each party for each second and subsequent hearing which is clerked by the HBAGFV.

REFUND SCHEDULE

If the HBAGFV is notified that a case has been settled or withdrawn before it mails a notice of appointment to a neutral arbitrator, all of the fee in excess of $300.00 will be refunded.

If the HBAGFV is notified that a case is settled or withdrawn thereafter but at least 48 hours before the date and time set for the first meeting, one-half of the fee in excess of $100.00 will be refunded.
