Mission Statement

The mission of the Home Builders Association of Greater Fox Valley is to promote the home building industry to encourage its members to maintain the highest professional standards, to support its affiliated industries for the mutual advantage of its members and provide a forum for the exchange of information and education of its members.

Representation

Your best interest and the concerns of the industry are presented to governmental and regulatory agencies, as well as elected officials at the local, state and national levels. The HBAGFV has worked effectively to enhance legislation and regulations that promote affordable housing and keep the industry economically viable. In addition, the association’s counsel and representation is sought out for governmental boards and commissions and other civic endeavors.

Who Belongs?

Individuals or firms engaged in the business of building homes and/or land development.  Individuals or firms engaged in professions related to or concerned with the home building industry; e.g., subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, title companies, mortgage lending, realtors. Anyone who provides goods or services to the building industry.

Why?

You will be joining the association which since 1981 has established the home builder industry as a vital and respected profession and enhances our collective importance to the Greater Fox Valley area and Illinois economy. Members of the Association abide by a strong code of ethics.Our members are dedicated to bettering themselves through continuing education, and professional experience.
